In this age of awakening, which, in my opinion, is the best time of your life, waking up is so intense that you are alive that it is almost scary, sad and almost painful, because the pieces of the puzzle all fit together. You're wondering, how the hell did I live before that? On autopilot? How?

Recognizing the same kind of people as you who have experienced the same similarities in their lives. Making friends with people who no longer suit you at all. That's okay, that's why you're not better or worse than anyone else, but you have nothing to offer each other and you have to move on. It seems like you're seeing that more and more quickly, it's sometimes painful, but keep in mind the bigger goal why breaking certain ties is sometimes necessary. If you can recognize that you need to reduce your ego to get deeper to your real core, you are already well on your way. That doesn't mean you didn't have to end certain friendships, because that doesn't matter anymore. After all, you continue to grow and you then have a very strong awareness of being. You can no longer deal with people who constantly complain or who continue to play the role of victims. It just doesn't work anymore, which used to be like listening and then leaving home. Now consciously choose not to do this anymore, so people don't understand why you don't want to see them again, and may start a conflict with you. You're not going to do that anymore either. This also brings up some confusion in yourself where you used to like to hang out with certain people and now you don't want that at all. It's okay; just find out why you don't want that anymore and be okay with it. Examine your own ego: does it cooperate or work against you?

Awareness is essential for personal growth, well-being and creating a positive impact on your life. Why is awareness important? Here are a few reasons:

  1. Self-knowledge: Awareness starts with self-knowledge. It enables us to understand our own thoughts, feelings, desires, and motivations. This self-insight is the basis for personal growth and self-improvement.
  2. Emotional well-being: By being aware of our emotions, we can effectively manage and regulate them. We can also learn to recognize our own emotional pain, what each person has, and why we choose those around us. This can help us reduce stress, maintain better relationships, and become more emotionally resilient.
  3. Connectedness to yourself: Awareness also includes being aware of the thoughts and statements about ourselves. This is because negative statements affect our subconscious mind, which is very much underestimated. The mask that we sometimes wear does not contribute to the positive development into your deepest self.

How can you promote awareness?

  1. Meditation and mindfulness: Meditation and mindfulness exercises are powerful tools for raising awareness and help you to be in the present moment, observe your thoughts without judgment, and find emotional peace. Personally, I think living in the present is a great tool.
  2. Journaling: Journaling can help you express and analyze your thoughts and feelings. This can increase your self-awareness and help you set goals and keep track of your personal growth.
  3. Listening and empathy: Practice active listening when communicating with others. Try to understand their perspectives and feelings and show empathy. This increases your awareness of the human experience.
  4. News reports in moderation: While it's important to stay up to date with what's happening in the world, overexposure to news can have negative effects. Choose carefully what information you want to include.
  5. Self-reflection: Schedule regular time for self-reflection. Ask yourself questions about your goals, values, and what you want to achieve in life. This will help you stay aware of your direction and priorities.
  6. Lifelong learning: Keep learning and developing yourself. Read books, take courses, and stay open to new ideas and perspectives. This will increase your awareness and help you grow as a person.

In this era, awareness is more vital than ever. It enables us to realize our potential, to exert a positive influence on ourselves and the world, and to find inner peace
