Panic attacks can take over everything: your peace, your freedom and your trust. It can feel like you're trapped inside your own body. But you're here now, and that means you're ready for change.
In this course, I will guide you step by step in understanding panic. Let's start with the basics: what exactly happens during a panic attack, and why your body reacts so strongly. Then we look at the deeper causes and recognisable patterns, so you can learn where it comes from.
You'll learn how to recognize your personal triggers, how to make room for rest, and how to break tension in your body and mind. In the later modules, you will receive practical tools and exercises to help you get a grip on anxiety and to face situations that you may have avoided before.
This course is not difficult or complicated, but rather clear, human and applicable. Everything you learn can be used in real life, when it really matters.
You don't have to do it perfectly. All you have to do is get started. And you've already done that.
